Mylene L. Cathcart represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of civil litigation matters, with a particular concentration in personal injury litigation. Her practice includes matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites, medical malpractice, wrongful death, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, products liability, construction defects, contract disputes, declaratory judgment actions, invasion of privacy, and other complex civil disputes. Mylene has substantial experience guiding cases through all phases of litigation, from initial client intake and case evaluation through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, trial preparation, resolution, and appeal. Drawing on her experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, she offers clients a well-rounded and strategic perspective throughout the litigation process. She regularly appears before Rhode Island Superior and Federal Courts, and additionally appears before the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
