Mylene L. Cathcart represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of civil litigation matters, with a particular concentration in personal injury litigation. Her practice includes matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites, medical malpractice, wrongful death, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, products liability, construction defects, contract disputes, declaratory judgment actions, invasion of privacy, and other complex civil disputes.
